In case you haven't noticed, there has been somewhat of a ops floor shuffle on the 3rd watch. So are you for that or against it? Blogmaster feels every dispatcher should be familiar on all 13 zones. Any other thought?

The never ending cycle

Round and round we go, when it will stop, noboby knows. 1st watch calls off. 3rd watch gets mandated. 1st watch calls off. 3rd watch gets mandated. 3rd watch gets warned. 3rd watch calls off. 2nd watch gets mandated. 2nd watch calls off. 1st watch gets mandated. Who really gets it "stuck" to them, management or our coworkers?
