back to "happy telecommunicator week" ...........

i heard the pizzas from "Dominick's" sucked and tasted like cardboard. now i dont mean to sound ungrateful, but pizza from Dominick's!!! Come on!!! NOTHING will beat the days when Motorola paid for a dinner for us! They had it catered and served HOT meals for every single person regardless of the lunch time you had. By the time I got to the pizza boxes today it was all cold. No Thanks!

Let's all remember, we are not owed anything from anyone. It was paid for by management not some vendor with a bottomless pocket. From what I've heard, we are going to be getting "something" everyday this week, so if the pizza was not up to your standards then maybe whatever else is coming will be. Shame on you for complaining, it is the thought that counts and as you well know, you will never be able to please everyone no matter what. So enjoy the week and be glad you are acknowledged appreciated.

If they gave you a million dollars you would find something to complain about, unbelievable

think about it. yes, the motorola spread of the past was great, but management would get eaten alive these days if they had a vendor do the same. can you see the headlines, oemc management corrupt, motorola pays off for city business, and so on. management came up with the money for pizza out of their own pockets. if I were them, i wouldn't have done it. there are so many ungrateful and complaining shits on our floor, it was like throwing money into the wind. whoever thought of squeezing money from management people to buy the floor pizza, don't bother. it did no good. it was a waste of money. now, buy me a new chair and your money will be well spent.

A procurement source said last week JA met with top guy there and ask about new chairs and new consoles for this year, hopefully true but time will tell

People were seen walking out of the building on midnights with whole pizza's...and plates piled high...some things never change.

I'd even take JA's old chair, nice and WIDE and comfy, and if it could talk, we would know all the plotting and planning he did to overthrow the 4th floor Ruiz and sack the 2nd floor Ruiz. He is one crafty mother fucker.

Sometimes the finger gets pointed in the most likely direction, however, sometimes people who you never would think could do such things get fed up and THEY are the ones who take care of business quietly and effectively. So, sometimes quiet and friendly also means silent but deadly.

huh? what in the fuck are you talking about? the only thing silent but deadly is his wind! he is as subtle as a hand grenade. and nothing would get done quietly and effectively, as you see it, without his participation. he runs the joint. has for a good long while. the fourth floor corner office is a figurehead. the office next door to it is the powerhouse. bank on it.

8:57 is saying even though you think JA is responsible, maybe it only looks that way and he really is not. To many people wanted them, as well as others, gone to just assume what he would be the obvious one. Who cares anyway, it happened and we are all greatful and hopefully this will be a much better place, at least for now.

and the answer was, nothing happens without ja being in on it, whether it was originated by someone else or not. what was so hard about understanding that, goof?

Now that Sorich lost his appeal and is going to JAIL for rigging test scores and hiring political clout, is someone going to investigate the OEMC and the test rigging and performance evaluations that have resulted in the blind leading the incompetant?
