What would you like to see?
Now that we have a new DD, let's just suppose that maybe he would read this and come across someting that we would wish for. What would you like to see happen, change or get better at the OEMC?

JA would be the most qualified choice but rumor has it he doesn't want it. He is currently involved in too many important projects that would make the "almighty mayor D" look bad if they fail. Otherwise, I think he would be residing on the 4th floor sooner rather than later. He is the only one who has worked in police/fire/ems/oem and really gets what it takes to get the job done. He not only tries to help us but he is also looking out for the safety of the folks on the street doing the jobs we give them. Rumor has it he is where he is because of his accomplishments and not because of some political "favor". If you don't believe he is qualified, just sit with him and ask him about his past and you will have a different opinion. You don't know all the stuff he knows unless you have been there and done it. The guy loves what he does and it shows. He is available 24/7 and he has always responded to any request sent to him and he seems to be constantly trying to improve the system and make it better for us. How many folks either from the past or present can you say that about!?! None of us are perfect, but this guy does actually do a good job and is looking out for us. Maybe the next time around he will be ready.
