We had more dispatchers like those two gals on Zone 12 on the 2nd watch, Natasha and Noreen. For two civilians, they do a good job. Not as good as the old school cos guys, but pretty good.

Actually , natasha didn't post that. I did. A guy that works Zone 12 (025). Those two gals do a great job and I appreciate them!
