Watch Bids
What watch will you bid for? What are your reasons for this watch? Is your reason the coworkers? Is your reason the bosses? Is your reason because this is what fits your current homelife? Is your reason to get a great furlo? And finally what are your thoughts about management spots in watch bidding?

Management Picks would be fine. As long as they imposed limits. Why should some people get to work on days for years and years when they don't have the senority to get it by bid. Because their daddy or uncle is a lieutenant or something? There's a few dispatchers on days who have never worked another watch. It's just not fair.

Management picks should eliminated. Everybody that accepted this job knew it was a 24/7 job and agreed to work ANY shift! So WTF? Go get a job in the private sector and you can have your 9-5 , week-ends off and be happy!

I agree management picks should be eliminated. That way seniority would really mean something, it isn't fair for the people who have been waiting for their "turn" to be where they want.
