My goal this up coming year is to see what I have to do in the evalutation where I have been marked as have a "fair" attitude towards Oemc. .to have it checked marked poor.

Well, if KB does your evaluation you will get "fair" (or number 2's) on everything....because she's trying to make a point with upper management that the evaluations are too vague or whatever.
