Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Finally some sense is being made! Finally someone who knows how to run this place! Kudos to our new boss, as I hear it is he who will bring back the power watches. Maybe I am wrong, but who cares whoever it is, they are coming back and we should be able to get some time due around that place and not be mandated so much. I see a new OEMC and things getting much better at the OEMC, anyone else see it that way?

yes, changes are a coming. new first deputy is getting ready to be named and by the way, he is the one who suggested return of power watches, so hopefully more good things to come

False, false, false. 11:47 you are a liar! There might be a new First Deputy coming, but he DID NOT suggest the power watches. Mr Ron Simmons is our hero. Ron Simmons had the plan, Jimmy A. is trying to steal the credit. We know the truth on the ops floor.

You are full of crap as usual. No one even said anything about JA. We all agree that RS is well respected and glad he is in the position he is in and yes it is true he was in the meeting to determine if it was the appropriate time to bring the power watches back but you have to understand several folks are putting their heads together to try and make better decisions on things that will effect the ops floor and bringing folks in from the ops floor to be a part of this, so get off your soap box and open your eyes to what is really going on and try to appreciate the effort instead of being such a jackass and constantly raging on and on about whatever your beef is with management. Attitudes like yours makes it harder for everyone else. If you are that disgusted I'm sure you wouldn't have a hard time finding someone help you find the door so you can get out and stop being miserable and making all the rest of us miserable too by having to listen to your stupid, useless rants!

Wow someone sure is sensitive about that subject, 9:30 AM! Do we have a management rat reading the blogs? I didn't see a meeting mentioning the power watches just a posting in the CO book? How would someone on the floor know about meetings regarding the power watch? Or that several people put their heads together in a meeting unless it is management that is so wound up about 2:20 PM's comment? RS had the plan probably when he was still a watch manager since he was against it being taken out in the first place when dumb ass MK wanted to make a name for herself by forcing stupid senseless schedules down our throat so she could have a better resume! Thank God that our former Executive Director and the current MDD of operations finally had the good sense to promote the right person who will do some good for the floor.

Management rat, no just someone who is sick and tired of coming in to work every day and hearing 90% of the ops floor constantly complain about how much they hate their job. If you hate it so much then find something else or try to help make what you have better and stop worrying so much about who has what idea and who got what implemented. There are lots of folks out there looking for a job, so maybe for once just be thankful for what you have for a change. The meeting to discuss return of power watches was not posted for all to attend, it was by invitation only for those who actually are trying to make a difference. So, perhaps if you keep your trap shut and act like you actually want to work here you may receive an invitation to help solve the next problem

    8:37 AM,

in your first post you wrote 'new first deputy is getting ready to be named and by the way, he is the one who suggested return of power watcxhes'

now you write 'and stop worrying so much about who has what idea and who got what implemented'

conflicted much? you brought it up. not anyone else. all your bullshit and lengthy explanations mean nothing. try to rewrite history all you want, but the basic fact remains. it was RS's idea from jump street. RS brought the idea of a return to the power watches up to the fourth floor long before MK got booted, as a way to restore morale, limit mandatory, and keep a lid on ot, so do not take credit for another person's idea. we are not stupid. this strategic move most surely helped him get promoted, and thank goodness he played it as he did.

and anybody else in that special meeting that only you and a few others know about? more bullshit. you might have met, but it was to discuss RS's idea, not come up with the idea yourselves. i smell a management rat here. how else do you even know about the meeting? or are you MK still issuing misinformation and denying the truth?

and nobody said they did not want their job. it could be a good place to have a job, if assholes and idea stealing thieves like you would just go away.

Hey management rat, shows what you know. The complaining has pretty much stopped. Things have been looking up since RS got promoted. Hope has been delivered already, so go try and steal credit for some other person's idea or work. Bye-bye.

    11:50 AM

Maybe the complaining has stopped because RS is no longer the Watch Manager.

90 percent of the ops floor complains because there is something obviously wrong with the operations floor. 10 percent not complaining are management picks.
Ray Charles could see there was a blanket problem on the 3rd floor.
