Goodbye our brother
Please coworkers, keep our brother who has passed in your prayers. Many of us knew and thought so highly of this man. He will surely be missed! For everyone who knew him you know that we have lost a great man. God Bless you J.M.

I worked in the 020th District from 1999-2003 until I made detective. Zone 11 had the cream of the crop. Joe you were always a true gentleman to sometimes tired and cranky midnight officers. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Also, my condolences to D.W. / M.T. / K.W. / P.T. / L.R and I.J. who had the distinct pleasure of sharing the zone with you at different times. RIP
